Haojue is one of the leading motorcycle brand in Africa. The state of the art Head Office is Located in Dekon Lome. The Capital City of Togo. The building is an eight floor structure with huge office spaces, church auditorium, kitchen, restaurant and an apartment for the client Because of our good working relationship with Gree Factory in China, the client was directed to us when he went to the factory in China to purchase Central Air conditioners for his project. After meeting directly with the client and sharing our Company Profile and similar projects we have undertaken in Ghana with him, he was impressed and contracted us to design and install the air conditioning system for Haojue Head Office Building in Lome. VRF ducted units were installed in the church auditorium to augment the cooling in the space since the floor standing units earlier installed by the client was not enough to provide comfortable indoor conditions for the 1000 seater Church Auditorium.
VRF system was adopted for the remaining floor spaces including the apartment. Fresh air and ducted indoor units were adopted for the client’s apartment. An Energy Reclaim Ventilation was used for the extraction system in his apartment washrooms. VRF Cassette indoor units were installed for all remaining office spaces, kitchen and restaurant. The project lasted for about one year (2018-2019). The client was very impressed with the work of our air-conditioning installation and duct fabrication team. He later engaged us to provide HVAC technical advice for a Hotel and a 15 storey apartment building he is working on in Lome. Once all the necessary paper works and materials are procured, that project will also go live and will later be added to our portfolio.
